V-day, Lover’s Day, Valentine’s Day… Whatever you call it, it is around the corner! & if you know me, then you know I go all out for any holiday for Kali. So here are some fun and EASY Valentine’s day crafts that you can do at home with your little. Minimal supplies, easy and quick!
- Heart Shaped Sun Catcher
Supplies
- Clear contact paper
- Scissors
- Washi Tape

By far my favorite one because this looks so cute on my window by my desk (That’s where Kali chose to put it). We also got valentines day washi tape from Micheal’s they are 3 for $1 YEAR ROUND and usually by the check out!
All you have to do it cut the contact paper into a heart! No need for glue, with washi tape you have your little cut pieced out of any size and any tape and stick it to the shiny side of the contact paper! Once the heart is covered you can then peel off the contact paper and stick it to your window!
2. Heart Wing Butterfly
Supplies
- Construction Paper
- Popsicle Sticks
- Scissors
- Glue
- Stickers or Crayons

This was fun because I let Kali eat a popsicles for this one! Cut out hearts to use at the wings (color of choice). Let your little one decorate or color the hearts with their own little designs. Once he/she is done you glue the heart to the popsicle stick and you’ve got yourself butterflies!
3. Hanging Heart Garland
Supplies
- String or rope of choice
- Scissors
- Construction Paper
- Glue

Super simple! Cut out as many strips of the construction paper with the paper vertically and then cut them into squares. For this we decided to simple, for a more minimal look! I folded the squares in half and cut out hearts. We then added . dot of glue to the middle of each dot and glue the rope! All done, Easy Valentine Crafts.
4. Heart Puppy Face
Supplies
- Construction Paper
- Marker
- Glue

This Easy Valentine’s Day Craft you will cut out 3 different color hearts. Sized large, medium and small; of a diff color construction paper. The big heart will be the face, but turn it upside down! Cut the medium heart down the middle, you are going to use this as the ears. The small heart will be the nose! glue Glue these in the right spot and then let your little one draw the dogs eyes and mouth!
