Best Burger in town? I’d day so! This week we had the pleasure of visiting Pono Burger in Santa Monica and we already want to go back!
Let’s start with the staff was seriously the nicest and most informative staff i’ve ever had at a Restaurant. The Gm came out introduced himself, the staff checked in on us, gave us the best suggestions and more! The setting, talk about the chillest place I have ever eaten! They have outdoor seating and indoor seating, Their indoor seating is a SUPER old Metal Hut (Quonset Hut) which is historic landmark from the World War II era made of prefabricated metal. They redid the inside of course and it’s so cozy!
Quality. All of their ingredient are locally sourced. Their website you can check out the farms and ranches they get their products from HERE. Their beef is organic and grass-fed, and when you bite that burger you can TELL!!
In Hawaiian, “pono” means “to do things the right way. & the quality of their food, the presentation of Pono shows just that, that it’s done the right way!

I want to try this burger place. I love the look of the restaurant and that it is historical. It is so nice that you had great customer service visit. That is huge for me when I go out to eat. We don’t go often because kids…so when I go I have higher expectations.
