3 Tips For Yoga With A Little One

Yoga is great for all ages, but i REALLY focus on teaching my toddler yoga because what it instills and teaches her isn’t just poses! Yoga for littles ones helps develop confidence and how to manage and handle emotions, but it isn’t easy with a little one who doesn’t sit still for not even a second!

So here are 5 tips to make yoga with little ones easier!

Tip 1: Be Consistent

Consistency with little ones is everything! We do yoga 2 times a week, why? Because our days run differently when dad is off work! So She knows the days dad is off no yoga! For kids routine help then feel safe and confident in their days al they go through knowing whats next!

Tip 2:  Start Slow

If this is your first couple of times, starting this; take it easy! Start slow, with small mini yoga sessions and also start with simple poses! There are many different YouTube videos that will guide you both in a language you little one can understand!
Being that they are little; remember it does take them a second or two to catch up.

Tip 3: Be Creative

Little ones don’t focus much, so you’re going to either find a class or video that translates the class in a language that is easy for little ones to understand! If none, get creative incorporate animals with poses and their sounds and movements!

Don’t worry you guys will get the hang of it! I Know it, don’t give up!
